There is a gem of a thing called metaclopromide (I'm not entirely sure that is how it is spelt but I'm too lazy to Google it). It is a god send for pregnant women as long as you aren't allergic (I'm not but the RO is - fortunately he'll not need it to curb morning sickness ever).
